Organization
The Condors are led by our President Ian Wagreich, Director of Rugby Adrian Gannon,
Head Coach Paul Vercoe. Much of the Condors' success can be attributed to the
direction these men have provided through organizing the club,
shaping the Condors style of rugby,
and honing the abilities of each player. We are looking forward to continuing our
success in Division I.

Philosophy
First and foremost, the players need to have fun.
I like to continually work on basic skills concentrating primarily on fitness,
tackling and ball handling. When developing game plans and patterns of play I
like to adhere to the KISS principle. A team that can do the basics
consistently well will be very successful. A simple game plan involving a
number of core moves, each with a number of variations works well as it is not
complicated to understand or execute but provides the variety to keep defenses
guessing and thereby creating opportunities.
I also think developing off the field team spirit is just as important as on
the field development. Developing a team identity off the field creates an
enjoyable environment and lends itself to team success on the field.
Nick Trower joined us in January, 2005, as an assistant coach. Nick (pictured center) most recently played back row
for the Henley Hawks in
the UK National Division I.
He is a fully-qualified English RFU coach, having
coached defense at Henley, and served as Head Coach for the Henley Wanderers.
